- What is your return policy?
Damaged Goods: We allow five (5) business days after your order has been delivered to return the item(s) due to shipment damage. You must contact us within that time to receive a return authorization number for free return shipment and to inform us whether you wish to receive a replacement, credit or refund. After that time returns will not be authorized or accepted. If you are present when the delivery is made and shipping damage is obvious, then we suggest you refuse it and tell the UPS employee or mail carrier to return it.
Non-Damage Returns: We allow five (5) business days after delivery of your order to return it due to a change in your circumstances or in your reason for making the purchase. In this case there is a 15% restocking fee and you will need to pay the return shipping costs. Your credit or refund will be adjusted for the restocking fee. We don't accept C.O.D. returns under any circumstances.
Product Does Not Perform As Expected: It is our belief that most "money-back guarantee" claims on products are a lot of marketing hype designed to give the shopper a false sense of security. So, as a rule, we do not make this offer. What we do promise is your satisfaction with our products.
